18-24th May 2020 marks #mentalhealthawarenessweek in the UK.  For many of us, not only are lockdown restrictions meaning us finding our new way of life in our personal surroundings, but finding a “new norm” in working from home.  To some this can lead to feeling isolated and having to adapt to less interaction with colleagues.


Whether you are feeling anxious, stressed or isolated, it’s important to know that there is help and support available.  If reaching out to your inner circle makes you uncomfortable, there are online resources available through the NHS at, as well as through mental health charities, including our charity partner YOUNG MINDS
