Our client is currently recruiting a Property Recoveries Solicitor to join their specialist property damage team. The team is predominantly based in the Glasgow area however being Glasgow based is not a requirement.
The role will involve a varied caseload across both Pursuer and Defender work in the Sheriff Court and Court of Sessions as well as dealing with arbitrations and mediations.
To be considered for this position you should be at the NQ – 2 years’ PQE level however trainee solicitors nearing the end of their training contract will also be considered.
This is a varied role, and the successful candidate will have previous commercial litigation experience and be able to demonstrate experience in managing their own caseload in the Scottish Courts.
