We are delighted to have been instructed on this Contentious Construction role with our client, an international legal business with offices scattered across the globe. The firm currently has a need for an experienced solicitor to join its highly regarded Construction team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
This is a varied and interesting role, and the successful candidate will handle a wide range of contentious matters; you can also expect to work very closely with the contentious construction Partner and participate in the development of the construction practice in Scotland. The role will also provide the opportunity to handle a range of dispute resolution cases from time to time.
To be considered for this role, you should be an experienced solicitor at the 2+ years PQE level with extensive construction and/or commercial litigation experience.
