Our client, a leading provider of legal and claims solutions to the insurance sector, is currently recruiting a Solicitor Abuse to join its busy practice based in Glasgow. The role sits within the organisations Personal Injury and Jurisdictions team.
The successful candidate will be involved in running their own case load of pre and post litigation abuse cases (Defender) with experience of appearing in the Sheriff Court. Due to the nature of the role it is preferred that candidates will also have experience in sensitive and complex claims.
To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE and have previous litigation experience. Interested candidates should have excellent forensic skills, be able to manage and prioritise their caseload and have strong time recording skills.
