This commercial law firm is currently recruiting an experienced Solicitor to join its busy Renewable Energy Team.  You will be involved in a range of high quality work focusing on real estate across all sectors of renewable energy including onshore wind, solar PV, battery storage and hydro.  Your duties will include:

  • Drafting and negotiating option agreements and leases
  • Managing projects
  • Providing commercial property support
  • Supporting more junior team members

To be considered for this position you should have at least 3 years’ PQE and you should have previous real estate/renewable energy experience.

Candidates should have post-qualified experience of real estate aspects relating to renewable energy projects, although someone with directly transferable skills.  More senior candidates who have previous experience of development projects and are looking to specialise would be considered.
