This successful UK law firm is currently seeking a Real Estate Senior Solicitor/Associate to join its Planning team. The team works across a wide range of sectors including energy, retail, house building and large multi-use projects. You will be involved in all aspects of the planning system including negotiating and concluding planning obligations, advising on tactics, reviewing applications from environmental statements, and preparing appeals and inquiry advocacy.

The ideal candidate will be at the 3+ years PQE level and ideally have previous experience in planning, contentious and non-contentious. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills are essential. English qualified candidates and candidates from a commercial real estate background with a strong interest in planning will also be considered.  This is a full-time role that can be based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.
