Senior Renewable Energy Solicitor – Edinburgh

This growing firm is currently recruiting a Senior Associate to join its Real Estate Renewable Energy Team in Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity to be involved in a range of interesting renewable energy projects including wind, hydro, solar, battery storage and energy from waste (biomass) schemes.

You will be advise on all aspects of real estate matter related to energy for both developers and landowners including negotiating and drafting of options, leases, servitudes, and securities and carrying out title due diligence and reporting.

To be considered for this position you should have at least 6 years’ PQE and have previous experience of real estate and the energy sector.
