Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Associate with at least 5 years’ pqe to join its public sector team in Glasgow. You will act for a number of public bodies including Local Authorities, Universities and Colleges. The workload involves not only public law, vires, and governance (including corporate structures and governance) on the one hand but also commercial contracts, procurement, and Subsidies on the other. To be considered for this role you should have experience of the public sector including governance, public procurement, and subsidies (state aid).
