Senior Private Client Solicitor, Edinburgh

This dynamic law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor with at least 4 years’ pqe to join its Private Client team in Edinburgh. This is a highly regarded team and you will be involved in all aspects of private client work, including:

Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney;
Executory administration;
Trust creation and administration;
Tax planning;
Guardianship applications; and
General Private Client business.

You should have strong private client experience and a desire to grow your career in this area. Also, you should have achieved STEP Membership or be willing to work towards achieving this accreditation. This role is based in Edinburgh and will involve hybrid working.
