This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Practice Development Lawyer (PDL) to join a multi-national law firm in Glasgow. This is a newly created role that sits within the firm’s Central Procurement team.
The purpose of the role is to review and develop contractual matters including developing new templates, template governance and knowledge management strategies. You will work closely with members of the firm’s Risk, Compliance and Legal Services team, the Central Management team, fee-earning lawyers, and external advisers.
The team is keen to hear from candidates with at least 5+ years’ PQE. Experience of commercial contracts and procurement is desirable, gained within either a private practice or an in-house environment. Previous experience of intellectual property, data protection, or employment law employment would be beneficial however not essential.
The role is offered on a full-time basis, however candidates seeking part-time work (4 days) are also encouraged to apply.
