We have been instructed on a senior Litigation role with our client, a full-service and award-winning Law Firm. The firm currently has an opportunity for an Associate to join its Commercial Litigation Team in Edinburgh.

The successful candidate will become part of a busy team and will handle complex litigation matters, acting for a variety of corporate and commercial clients, public bodies and local authorities. Key tasks will include:

  • General commercial litigation including corporate disputes, contract disputes, and intellectual property disputes.
  • Contentious trust and executry cases.
  • Competition litigation, Tax litigation and Group litigation
  • Licensing board work
  • Insolvency work

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years PQE with a strong background in litigation. Interested applicants should have the ability to handle a busy caseload and work well as part of a team.
