Senior Bids Manager – Location Flexible

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Bids Manager to join this leading team. You will be responsible for working together with the relevant Lead Partner in preparing and project managing certain bids, managing the workload of the team and leading the review of the internal bid preparation process and introducing improvements as appropriate.

The type of work involved will include –

Conducting initial searches of internal databases for previous information
Arranging go / no-go meetings and recording the decision
Leading kick-off meetings to allocate actions, inputs and discuss and agree timescales
Developing the bid strategy including win themes and value proposition
Scoping the bid opportunity to understand client needs and ensure the bid responds to those needs

The successful candidate will be an experienced lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE. Ideally, you will have gained experience working with bids in a similar but an experienced commercial lawyer with a general interest in progressing their career in this area will also be considered.
