Our client, a professional services firm, is currently seeking senior support within its Jersey team. The team currently have a need for a senior associate in estate planning & trusts; the role will involve providing clients with accurate guidance on a variety of complex issues.  The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE in a similar role with experience in wills and executries as well as the ability to coach/mentor more junior members of the team.

In this position, you will:

  • Provide clients with ‘to the point’, technically accurate guidance on complex issues with minimal review by the partner or other senior fee earners.
  • Undertake necessary research to ensure that you stay up to date with regulatory, market, and client-specific developments.
  • Effectively managing your own matters with minimal input from the partner, taking responsibility for a transaction end to end.
