Senior Associate, Estate Planning & Trusts - Jersey/Remote

Our client, a professional services firm, is currently seeking senior support within its Jersey team. The team currently have a need for a senior associate in estate planning & trusts; the role will involve providing clients with accurate guidance on a variety of complex issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE in a similar role with experience in wills and executries as well as the ability to coach/mentor more junior members of the team.

In this position, you will:

Provide clients with ‘to the point’, technically accurate guidance on complex issues with minimal review by the partner or other senior fee earners.
Undertake necessary research to ensure that you stay up to date with regulatory, market, and client-specific developments.
Effectively managing your own matters with minimal input from the partner, taking responsibility for a transaction end to end.
