This leading Restructuring and Business Advisory team is seeking a Glasgow-based restructuring and insolvency lawyer. This team advise on a variety of issues that arise in corporate restructuring, insolvency and turnaround matters. The ideal candidate for this position will be NQ-5 years’ PQE experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency.

The role will involve:

Advising on issues relating to financial stress and distress, turnaround and restructuring options, directors’ duties and insolvency
Advising lenders with borrowers who are facing financial difficulty
Advising on the implications of counter-party distress/insolvency
Working with insolvency practitioners to affect sales of business and assets
