This reputable law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its successful Residential Conveyancing Team in Perth and Dundee. The firm offers a range of specialised services, excelling in residential property, private client services, and various corporate and commercial areas, all highly regarded in the market.

The role involves providing a quality service to clients for all aspects of residential conveyancing, including purchases, sales, and re-mortgages. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering comprehensive services in residential conveyancing.
  • Generating fee income in line with targets and recording time and fees promptly.
  • Adhering to the monthly fee earner certificate process.
  • Staying updated with legal developments and regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting in securing new business for the firm.

The team is keen to hear from candidates across all PQE levels with relevant experience.
