Residential Conveyancing Partner – Edinburgh

This growing Residential Property Team currently have a need for a Partner to join the team in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years’ PQE, the firm is open to hearing from lawyers from the senior associate up to partner level.

This is an exciting role for a solicitor looking for their next challenge where you will be responsible for managing a full range of high quality residential property transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing advice to clients on offers received for their properties/ offers on property purchases
Examining title deeds
Drafting legal documents
Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the team
Business Development

To be considered for this role you should have at least 5 years’ PQE and excellent conveyancing experience. You should be ambitious and passionate to build your career in this area.
