Exciting opportunity to join this busy In-House team based in Edinburgh. This professional body organisation is currently recruiting for a Regulatory Policy Advisor to join and work closely with the wider Regulatory Policy team. This is a full-time position with hybrid working options available. The role is varied and will involve the following tasks:

  • Gathering information on public interest issues.
  • Researching and engaging with various stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Handling complex regulatory policy matters.
  • Developing proposals and recommendations.
  • Developing training and educational materials and presenting on new initiatives or issues, as required.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a good understanding of the concept of public interest and financial services, particularly insurance and pensions. Previous experience of working within a professional body is desirable but not essential.
