Our client, a leading Scottish law firm, is currently recruiting for an Associate/Senior Associate in English law, to join its busy Real Estate team based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. Your role will be to provide English real estate legal advice to a broad range of clients and whilst negotiating contracts on their behalf.

Main duties will include:

• Advising on the purchase, sale and lease of commercial properties from start to finish.
• Be pro-active in the financial control of all your own matters as the fee-earner.
• Managing your workload effectively on your own.
• Negotiating contracts with other solicitors.
• Participating in business development / attending events and seminars.

The firm is open to candidates at a more senior level with at least 5 years plus PQE; previous experience and knowledge of English property law is essential.
