Our client, a successful Scottish law firm, is currently recruiting a qualified Solicitor to join its Renewables department in Edinburgh on a full-time basis. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team and will advise on a diverse range of real estate/renewables projects. Main responsibilities will include:

Handling complex titles
Dealing with options and leases for renewables projects.
Working on large-scale projects
Assisting with commercial development on rural land.

The ideal candidate for this position will have between 2-3 years PQE and would be suited to those with experience in a similar property related role. Previous experience of renewable energy transactions or an interest in this area is desirable. This role is full time based in Edinburgh and an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team.
