Real Estate/Investment/Development/Asset Management Lawyer - Edinburgh/Glasgow

Exciting opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to join this leading UK law firm in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The firm currently has a need for a solicitor at NQ level to join its growing Real Estate team; you will be involved in a broad range of real estate matters including drafting and negotiating agreements for leases, reviewing and interpreting titles, analysing and reporting on investment acquisitions and being responsible for asset management.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a qualified solicitor at NQ level; you will have completed a seat within commercial real estate and have an interest and enthusiasm for the property industry. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a range of sectors working on market leading and complex cross firm. You will work towards becoming English qualified and will receive guidance and support from other team members, however you will also continue your development as a Scots qualified lawyer.
