Our client is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its highly regarded real estate finance team in Edinburgh. The team combines the expertise of banking, real estate and construction practices acting for a wide variety of domestic and international clients, including financiers, banks, developers and funds on all aspects of real estate investment and development financings and across all sectors including hotels, student accommodation, renewables, the private rented sector, offices, retail and logistics. You will be involved in a wide range of real estate work in connection with the financing of acquisitions, developments, refinancing’s, renewables projects, portfolio acquisitions etc. To be considered for this role you should have between 2-4 years’ pqe.
