Fantastic opportunity to join this Public Sector Organisation in Dundee. This is a key role in the team that provides support directly to senior management. You will advise on a wide range of issues in regard to commercial contracts including the drafting, reviewing and implementation of contracts. You will also be responsible for negation and drafting of funding agreements, service agreements, settlement agreements and general corporate matters.

This organisation is open to hearing from candidates from the newly qualified level and upwards, who have proven experience in this area of law. NQ solicitors must have general commercial experience and a genuine interest in this area. This opportunity presents an opportunity for an ambitious solicitor who is keen to gain or build on in-house experience.
