Exciting opportunity for a senior-level lawyer to join an international law firm and be part of its EU & Competition Group (CEUT) Group. This role is full-time, and the team is flexible with location; the post can be based in either the firms Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow office.

This is an interesting and unique role, and its purpose is to provide advice and support on UK and EU public procurement law matters. The successful candidate can expect to work closely with other lawyers and Partners within the Group across the UK and will be responsible for advising international clients in the rail industry, multinational energy clients, Department for Culture, Media & Sport, and a number of major ports on subsidy control compliance.

To be considered for this role, you should have between 5-7 years PQE with a strong background in procurement. You should be commercially aware, have an interest in business development and ideally, have experience advising on contentious matters (such as dispute resolution and court proceedings).
