We have been instructed on this new Professional Support Lawyer role by our client, a well-known and well-established law firm. The firm is currently recruiting for a qualified solicitor to join its expanding Commercial Real Estate team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE with experience in Commercial Real Estate. As a PSL, you will have the opportunity to shape your role away from fee earning work. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop a knowledge bank of precedents, practice notes and working practices
  • Contribute to legal articles and briefings for publish in journals or market publications
  • Work with the Bids & Tenders manager
  • Research points of law and keep fee earners up to date with legal and market developments

You will have a genuine interest in commercial real estate law and the commercial property market, have the ability to manage a broad and varied role, have good presentation skills and have confidence working with Partners and other stakeholders.
