Property Solicitor (Public Sector) - Scotland

Our client, an award-winning commercial law firm, currently has a need for a qualified solicitor to join its leading Public Sector and Housing team. The role will involve an interesting mix of property and conveyancing work and the successful candidate will provide advice and support to a variety of clients such as housing associations, local authorities, central government, charities and public bodies.

Tasks will include advising on shared equity, commercial leases, development site acquisitions and large-scale security exercises.

The team is open to level of candidate from NQ level and above; experience of conveyancing law is essential. Previous experience of working within a public sector or social housing organisation would be beneficial but is not essential. This position is full time based in Glasgow with Hybrid working options available.
