Commercial Real Estate Paralegal – Glasgow

Our client is currently recruiting a Paralegal to join its Commercial Real Estate Team in Glasgow.  The team advise on a range of interesting real estate transactional work and represent a range of clients including telecoms operators, property management and development companies, house builders, health trusts and government bodies, owner-occupiers and institutions.  This role involves supporting the team whilst dealing with landlord and tenant asset management matters across the telecoms sector.

To be considered for this position you should be an experienced paralegal and previous commercial property experience would be an advantage.  (Assignment 14433)

Experienced Lawyer / Conveyancing Paralegal – Lanarkshire

This progressive law firm is currently recruiting for an experienced Solicitor or Conveyancing Paralegal.  You will support a busy Conveyancing Team on all aspects of domestic conveyancing and some of your duties will include:

  • Dealing with new business enquiries via telephone and email and taking instructions from clients
  • Managing the firm’s case management system
  • Dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process in purchases, sales, remortgages and discharges including noting interest, preparing offers, missives, examining and reporting on title, ordering searches and preparing drafts.

To be considered for this position you should be an experienced Paralegal or have at least 2 years’ experience of residential conveyancing work.

Real Estate/Residential Property Paralegal – Glasgow

This firm is currently recruiting a Paralegal to join its Real Estate/Residential Property Team in Glasgow.  This is an exciting opportunity to be involved all aspects of real estate matters where you will be responsible for completing purchases and processing all residential sales for private clients, and processing plot sales for home builder clients.

To be considered for this position you should have experience of plot sales or residential transactions, experience of examination of title to Scottish property is essential.

Although this is a Glasgow based role the firm does offer hybrid working.  (Assignment 14016)

Residential Conveyancing Paralegal – Edinburgh

Exciting opportunity for an experience Paralegal to join this establish firm.  You will join a busy Residential Conveyancing Team and will be responsible in supporting the team on all aspects of residential conveyancing work.

To be considered for this position you should have previous residential conveyancing experience from a comparable firm and be keen to develop your career in this area.  Candidates who wish to be Glasgow based would be considered and the firm also offer hybrid working.(Assignment 13855)
