Professional Indemnity Solicitor – Glasgow or Edinburgh

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join this Professional Liability Team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The team represents a wide range of insurers and professionals across all disciplines, in relation to all aspects of professional liability claims from policy response to litigation and disciplinary matters.

You will have a mixed workload that will involve both professional negligence and commercial dispute resolutions. You will also represent clients in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. Experience of dealing with professional negligence services such as Lawyers, Doctors, etc, would be beneficial.

The firm is keen to hear from candidates at the 5 years’ PQE level and above. The ideal candidate will have experience of defendant professional indemnity having worked on any professional indemnity cases, such as construction, personal injury insurance, or any other areas.
