Private Client Solicitor – Location Flexible

This long-established firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Private Client Team in Edinburgh, Inverness or Perthshire. The firm is open to hearing from candidates form the more junior level up to Legal Director/Head of Private Client. The role involves all aspects of private client work which includes:

Estate planning
Establishment and administration of trusts and other wealth holding structures
Drafting wills and powers of attorneys
Executory work
General tax and estate planning advice
