Private Client Solicitor - Inverness - Frasia Wright Associates

This dynamic law firm is currently recruiting a qualified solicitor at the NQ-4 PQE level to join its Private Client team in Inverness. This is a newly created role in a highly regarded team, and you will be involved in all aspects of private client work, including:

Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney.
Executory administration.
Trust creation and administration.
Tax planning.

To be considered for this role, you should have previous private client experience and ideally, experience in rural businesses. Also, you should have achieved STEP Membership or be willing to work towards achieving this accreditation.
