Successful Scottish law firm currently recruiting a Private Client Solicitor to join its highly regarded Personal and Family department. This is a full-time position and the successful candidate can be based in any of the firms office locations which includes Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Inverness.

The role will involve handling a wide range of private client matters including trusts and estate administration, powers of attorney, wills, estate planning, and advising on tax and succession issues. You can expect to work closely with different teams within the business including corporate, litigation, real estate and tax.

To be considered for this role, you should be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and be at the NQ-4 PQE level. Previous experience of private client work is desirable as well as experience of dealing with challenging and complex matters. A STEP qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
