Private Client Solicitor - Edinburgh - Frasia Wright Associates

Our client is currently recruiting for an Associate to join its busy Personal and Family department to carry out Private Client Work. This is a varied role, and the successful candidate will be involved in tasks such as assisting with clients’ tax planning advice, estate planning including the setting up of trusts and other entities including family investment companies, advising on cross border tax, and drafting wills and powers of attorney. You will also work in close collaboration with the firm’s tax, family, corporate and real estate teams to deliver a complete service to clients.

This position is full time based in Edinburgh, and the ideal candidate will be between 4 – 6 years PQE with a strong background in Private Client work. Previous experience of dealing with complex and challenging issues would be advantageous. If this position is of interest to you, please do not hesitate to contact either Cameron or Frasia.
