Private Client Solicitor – Aberdeen

This recognised UK law firm is seeking a qualified solicitor to join its busy practice in Aberdeen, within the Private Client team. The role is varied and you will be involved in all aspects of private client work including executries, powers of attorney, wills/trusts, tax, and succession planning.  Your duties will include:

  • Estate planning including the setting up of trusts and other entities
  • Providing tax planning advice
  • Administration of trusts and other wealth holding entities
  • Inheritance tax reporting
  • Business development

The firm are seeking candidates who have at least 2 years PQE and above. To be considered for this role, you should have strong technical competence and the confidence to deal with clients at all levels, you should also possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong lasting relationships. Experience in private client work is essential. The role is based in Aberdeen and the firm’s hybrid working approach allows the opportunity to work flexibly from home as well as in office.
