Our client, an established Scottish law firm, has exclusively instructed us on a new Private Client position based in its Glasgow city centre office. The firm is currently seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join them in this newly created position due to business growth. You will have a varied role including tasks such as:

• Preparation/drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney
• Guardianships and the financial affairs of elderly clients in permanent residential care
• Dealing with Executries including all administration and accounting

To be considered for this role, you should be a qualified paralegal or have had previous experience in private client work and the executry process.  Candidates with a paralegal qualification is preferred but not essential.  Interested candidates should be positive team players, have a methodical approach to their work and possess excellent numeracy skills. The ability to work on a range of other client matters may be required from time to time if needed.
