Private Client Legal Executive – Glasgow or Edinburgh/surrounding

This Private Client Team is currently recruiting a Legal Executive. You will be responsible for supporting a busy team and its six partners. The team provide advice on all aspects of private client matters including will and succession planning, trusts and tax. Your key duties will include:

Supporting solicitors, dealing with administration of estates of private clients of varying circumstances
Preparing Initial Writs for appointment of Executors Dative and bonds of caution, as well as for special warrant under the Requirements of Writing Act
Dealing with HMRC
Arranging payment of items on behalf of clients and preparing fee’s

To be considered for this position you should have previous experience as a legal executive/paralegal in private client work.
