Our client, a leading provider of legal and claims solutions to the insurance sector, is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its busy practice based in Glasgow. The role sits within the organisations Property, Recovery & Casualty team. The successful candidate will be involved in running their own case load of pre- and post-litigation property damage files, adhering to court deadlines, instructing experts, negotiating settlements, drafting pleadings and court documents, carrying out detailed reviews of quantum and managing files in accordance with court timetables.

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified solicitor between 1 – 5 years PQE and have previous experience of insurer funded property damage work as well as experience of conducting court hearings. NQ solicitors and early 2023 qualifiers will also be considered. Interested candidates should have a keen eye for detail and an ability to analyse evidence, work as part of a team, and have genuine prospects to grow their career and knowledge.
