Executry Paralegal – Dundee

This successful law firm is currently recruiting for an Executry Paralegal to join its Private Client team, which is one of the largest in Scotland. The role will ideally be based in Dundee; however, there may be some flexibility on this. The successful candidate can expect to be involved in all aspects of executry administration which may include registering wills and investigating estate assets, attending client meetings, advising on all of the financial information and documentation that is required to progress each executry.

The ideal candidate will ideally have some previous experience as an executry paralegal; however, the team is open to applicants with relevant administrative or legal experience and have an interest in this area. Good team working skills, a positive attitude and strong numeracy skills are essential for this role. Interested candidates should also be confident in themselves and use their own initiative when engaging with colleagues and clients.  This position is full time and hybrid working is also encouraged to allow flexibility and work/life balance. Executry Paralegal – Edinburgh

This Scottish private client law firm is recruiting for an experienced paralegal to join its busy executries practice in Edinburgh. The role will involve independently administering and managing a caseload of executry files and managing testate and intestate executries from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with executries and have strong knowledge of inheritance tax. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organise and prioritise tasks is essential. The firm offer hybrid working after the initial induction period.  This is a full-time position, however applications from those seeking a 4-day week will be considered. (Assignment 14286)

Executry Paralegal – North Ayrshire

We have been instructed on this newly created role for a executry paralegal based in North Ayrshire, with good links to the south side of Glasgow.  You will join a friendly firm and be responsible for all aspects of executry work.  The role would be suited to an experienced paralegal with at least 1 years’ experience of executries and the ability to run their own caseload.

This role is fully office based and the firm can offer a competitive salary.

Private Client Paralegals – Inverness

This highly regarded firm is currently recruiting Paralegals to join its busy Private Client Team in Inverness.  This role focuses on executries, but will also provide the opportunity to be involved some trust, guardianship, Powers of Attorney and will matters.

The firm is keen to hear from candidates with previous experience, but would also be open to hearing from candidates at the entry level who would be keen to develop their career in this area.
