Our client, one of Scotland’s largest full-service law firms, currently has a need for an NQ Rural Solicitor focusing on renewable energy Projects (onshore). The team is involved in assisting and advising in all aspects of clean energy property work.

The role will include rural property work, including estate and farm purchases and sales, forestry purchases and sale and minerals together with the following:

  • Dealing with option agreement and leasing work acting for primarily landowners/landlords but also some developers/tenants including the day-to-day management of clean energy property portfolios, assignations, sub-letting.
  • Providing property support for corporate acquisitions/disposals of energy projects.
  • Providing property support for energy finance transactions

You will be at the NQ level with a strong commercial and solutions orientated approach as well as having strong technical skills across the range of work.
