NQ Data Protection & Information Lawyer – Edinburgh or Glasgow

Our client is recruiting an NQ Solicitor to join its market leading TMT Team. This role specialising in technology and will focus on data projects and data protection. Your responsibilities will include:

Advising on a full range of data privacy matters including regulatory compliance, privacy impact assessments, data subject requests, contract remediation and GDPR
Assisting with business development activities
Assisting with data protection in a contractual/transactional

To be considered for this position you should have previous data protection and IT experience.
