Rural Property Solicitor - Edinburgh - Frasia Wright Associates

The ideal candidate will be at the NQ-3 years’ PQE level and ideally have some experience of property law. Experience of dealing with rural properties and working with clients in the rural and agricultural sector is desirable however not essential. 2^nd year trainee solicitors who are due to qualify this year will also be considered.

The role will include:

Diversification projects including renewable energy developments.
Purchase, sale, transfer, and lease of all types of rural property – including large estates, woodland.
Advising on business structures and succession plannings, country houses, fishing, and other sporting interests.
