We are currently working with a leading firm in the Channel Islands on several NQ roles in Jersey.  The firm currently has positions that sit within corporate (M&A), banking and funds (including Crypto).  These roles are suited to candidates who qualify in 2022 and keen to make a move to the Channel Islands.

The firm is keen to hear from candidates who are undertaking a commercial traineeship, and in particular will be completing a seat in corporate, banking, financial services, funds or real estate finance.

Outlined below is more detail on each area the firm is recruiting.

CORPORATE (M/A)

It is looking to recruit an associate with a mergers and acquisitions and mainstream corporate advisory background to join the corporate practice group.  The three partners in the mergers and acquisitions and mainstream corporate advisory team are ranked in the relevant legal directories and the team has a broad mix of experience and background.

B&F

It is looking to recruit an ambitious and personable associate into the Banking and Finance practice area of the prestigious corporate team in Jersey.  Superior academics and top-quality training are essential as well as a desire to get involved with a variety of transactional matters. A seat within funds, corporate or banking and finance during a recent training contract would be viewed favourably.

FUNDS

It has an opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join the Funds team of the corporate practice in Jersey as an Associate.   The firm works with a client base that includes global financial institutions, investment funds, private equity houses, multi-national corporations, public organisations, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth individuals.

CRYPTO/FUNDS

It is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the market leading crypto funds practice in Jersey as an Associate.  The crypto and blockchain sector is evolving rapidly. The teams experience in this sector means they understand the many challenges and opportunities that financial institutions, businesses, investors and start-ups face.  They have advised on some of the most innovative cryptocurrency funds, initial coin offerings (ICOs) and other digital asset ventures. The successful individual will have up to 3 years’ post qualification experience and have a keen interest in learning about and working on crypto and other funds.
