Exciting opportunity to join this busy Casualty Team in Glasgow. You can expect to handle an interesting and varied caseload of litigated casualty cases (Defender) and assist Associates and Partners in the day to day running of the team.

To be considered for this position, you should be at the NQ-2 years’ PQE level with litigation and personal injury experience (preferably Defender). Ideally, candidates will have experience of all Scotland Personal Injury Court cases and appearing in the Sheriff Court as this will be part of the role. More general litigation experience would be considered if a genuine interest in this area.

You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to prioritise and work under pressure as well as the ability to work as part of a team and independently. It is desirable to have previous experience of EL and PL claims, however this is not essential as full training will be provided.
