Litigation Solicitor – Glasgow - Frasia Wright Associates

Our client is recruiting a Solicitor to join its Conflict Resolution Team in Glasgow. You will act for business clients to resolve disputes and conflicts and will work on a wide range of civil and commercial litigation. You will represent pursuers and defenders principally in the Sheriff Court on a range of matters which include commercial disputes, contractual and property disputes and debt recovery.

To be considered for this position you should have previous employment experience, contentious and advisory experience would be an advantage.
