Litigation Solicitor – Glasgow - Frasia Wright Associates

Due to rapid expansion this Litigation Team is recruiting a driven Solicitor at the 1 -5 years’ PQE level. You will have a varied caseload which will include litigated motor injury, damage and credit hire cases (Defender). Your key responsibilities will include:

Forensic review and analysis of relevant documents.
Analysis of liability.
Analysis of quantum and causation.
Assisting in drafting advice.
Client liaison.
Court appearance work.
Reviewing files to assess their readiness for Proof.
Drafting documents and correspondence to clients/court/witnesses.
Preparing witness statements and instructions to experts.

To be considered for this role you should have strong litigation experience, preferably defender motor. Also experience of appearing in the Sheriff court would be beneficial.
