We are delighted to have been instructed on this new Litigation role with our client, a highly regarded Scottish law firm. The firm is currently recruiting a qualified lawyer to join its growing Casualty team based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The team is keen to speak with experienced lawyers with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE who have excellent case management skills with the ability to meet internal and court deadlines. You will have strong drafting skills and work in a logical manner as well as providing client advice that is presented to the highest of standards.

This is an exciting role with a mixed caseload as well as supervisory responsibilities for more junior colleagues. You will cover the full range of defender personal injury claims including motor, public liability, and fatal accidents.
