This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading Government, Regulation and Competition team within this forward-thinking firm. The role can be based in either the firms Edinburgh or Glasgow office.
The ideal candidate will be at the 1-4 years’ PQE level, have a keen interest in public law and regulatory matters. The team advises on a range of interesting contentious and non-contentious matters, and you will advise on complex legal arguments, regulatory and compliance and assist in identifying relevant evidence. You should also have knowledge of competition law which is a requirement for the role. Previous experience of other areas of law mentioned would be beneficial but not essential.
