Litigation & Competition Paralegal - Edinburgh or Glasgow

Our client, a leading UK law firm, is currently recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join its office based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will primarily be involved in acting for social and private landlords in pursuing recovery of possession of property. Core tasks may involve drafting notice of proceedings, managing own caseload of housing litigation matters, pre-litigation letters and advice and assisting solicitors in the team as required.

To be considered for this role, you must have good general knowledge of Housing Management, this is essential to the role. Previous experience of recovery of possession in alternative tenancy models such as occupancy is preferred but not essential.
