Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Solicitor / Associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate Litigation team, the team is based within its Rural Business Disputes practice. The ideal candidate will be 3+ years’ PQE level with experience in real estate disputes.

The role will involve:

  • Working in collaboration with colleagues across its Litigation and Rural Business practices
  • Providing advice and representation to clients in relation to Rural Business dispute resolution.
  • Working directly with a range of clients including estate owners, farming businesses, telecoms site providers and operators, residential landlords and tenants in the rural sector.
  • Tailoring solutions to client objectives and budgets by identifying client aims and developing strategies for delivering outcomes to client timescales while managing costs and risks.

This is a full-time position which can be based in either Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, or Inverness. The firm is seeking candidates with a genuine interest in rural disputes, who are enthusiastic and a capable litigator. Candidates should also be confident in own skills while seeking to integrate and grow in a team environment.
