We are delighted to be working on this In-house Legal Counsel role for this leading global business within its General Counsel Division.  This role is based within our client’s award-winning offices in Ayrshire.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE with experience in a commercial law firm or equivalent in-house role. You will have relevant regulatory experience (Consumer Credit and Data Protection) and the ability to deal with competing priorities to meet deadlines.

The role will include:

  • Providing support and guidance to the business on general legal and regulatory matters
  • Responsibility for reviewing, approving and contributing to company policies
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of legal and regulatory developments
  • Drafting and negotiation of NDAs and data processing agreements
  • Providing assistance to Head of Legal UK to support UK commercial relationships

Candidates with experience in any commercial legal discipline will be considered as long as they are able to demonstrate commercial acumen and an interest in working as part of an in-house legal function.

The office is based in Ayrshire however hybrid working is also on offer to maintain a work/life balance.
