Junior Real Estate Solicitor – Glasgow - Frasia Wright Associates

This successful firm is currently recruiting a solicitor to join its Real Estate team in Glasgow. You will advise on all aspects of real estate matters including investment, retail occupier, real estate finance, and development transactions. Some of your duties will include:

Commercial asset management
Commercial investment work
Reviewing, negotiating and completing leases for retail occupiers
Representing lenders on real estate finance transactions

The team is keen to hear from candidates at from the NQ level and upwards. You should have previous real estate experience and preferably will have completed a seat within real estate.
