Junior Real Estate Lawyers - Edinburgh/Hybrid

This successful firm is currently recruiting a solicitor to join its Commercial Property team in Edinburgh. You will advise on all aspects of real estate matters including assisting on a range of transactions from investment acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and utilities and energy projects. Some of your duties will include:

Handling commercial property work including sales, purchases, leases, electricity, and gas connections.
Working with senior lawyers to assist on large complex deals.
Managing and prioritising own workload.
Participating in business development work.

The team is keen to hear from candidates at from NQ-2 level PQE. You should have previous commercial property experience and preferably will have completed a seat within real estate.
